The development is being developed by Boubyan National Real Estate Service Company.

Kuwait’s Boubyan Bank headquarters, construction on which began in December 2020, has marked near-completion on enabling works comprising shoring, dewatering and excavation.

Meanwhile, structural works will commence soon on the project.

The development, which has a built-up area of more than 75,000m2, is being developed by Boubyan National Real Estate Service Company.

International architecture and engineering consultant firm SSH is delivering design and construction supervision services on the project, while First United General Trading & Contracting will be overseeing the main building works. Additionally, architecture firm, Perkins Eastman is also engaged in the project.

SSH said previously in a statement that the building has been designed in such a way that it showcases “Kuwait’s vibrant culture”.

The design concept of the building was inspired by Boubyan Bank’s logo. The headquarters will be home to convention halls, public area, and spacious offices.
