Visa is required to enter Kuwait except for Nationals from the following countries that will be issued entry permits upon arrival at the airport in the Kuwait.
Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia
Rest of the world:
USA, UK, Italy, France, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Austria, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, Spain, Iceland, the Vatican, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Andorra, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Other nationalities will require visa before coming to Kuwait
If your country doesn't appear in the above list, please apply your visa through Kuwait International Fair by following the Visa Processing Procedure.
The following national cannot be granted a visa to Kuwait:
Restricted Nationalities which takes time for processing: (Visa processing takes about 1 month, you are advised to send the requirement along with a guarantee letter immediately)
Chinese Nationals has to travel holding Original Visa. Therefore, all Chinese exhibitors are required to submit their application on or before 31 December 2017. Courier Fee will be charged.

Requirements for Visa Processing:
Filled Visa Application Form
Scanned Passport Copy (Clear scanned copy not taken by CP camera)
Passports valid below 6 months will not be process
For Indian Nationals: 2 pages of passport is required (1st page & 2nd page)
Residence Page (Iqama) if GCC resident
Guarantee Letter for Restricted Nationals signed by Authorized signatory in a letterhead (Download Sample Letter)
Should be applied through your hotel or directly through the Kuwait Embassy / Consulate nearest you.

Please note that ALL visa application approval still depends on the discretion of Ministry of Interior in Kuwait and not by Kuwait International Fair.
Please take note that as per the new Regulation of Ministry of Interior, the visa is valid for entry within 1 month upon issuance. The validity date is indicated at the bottom left of the visa. Upon entry to Kuwait, the visa holder is allowed to stay for a maximum of 1 month upon entry.
